Hi Viciousharp,
Welcome to the forum!
This is the place for Sunline info. On the top of the forum there is a tab called "FILES". When you are logged in, if you click on those words it will bring up a lot of good info in PDF form. There is a "Brochures" folder that has all the sales brochures of most all Sunlines. Scroll down to 1995, and down load the brochure to find out more about the camper you are looking at.
I looked for you, the 1995 T2053 had a dry (empty camper) weight of 3,245# and a Gross Vechile Weight Rating (GVWR) or 5,000#. It has a dry, (empty camper) weight of 390#
Odds are you may add 1,000# of cargo to the camper. I would estimate it could easily be 4,300 to 4,500# loaded with 550# loaded tongue weight. You have the ability to load it to 5,000# but I do not know if your truck can handle that yet.
I do not know the spec's on your Ridgeline. If you can provide them, we can help tell you if this is a good match or where issue might come.
Ideally need:
Engine size
Rear axle ratio
Gross combined weight rating (GCWR)
Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR)
The cargo capacity the truck can have. This might be on the driver door sticker.
The rear axle weight rating. (GAWR-RR)
Does it have a tow package from the factory?
Do you know the weight distribution tongue weight rating of the 2" receiver on the back of the truck?
How many pounds of people and camping gear will be in the truck?
Hope this helps
John
