Hi, we have a '79 Sunline, only 12' to hitch, would be interested in seeing how you redo yours. Ours was almost all original, been in a barn in KY for most of last 35 years. After converting table to bed, we decided we're too old and unbendable to climb over each other for potty run..so took out table and have 2 narrow bunks on either side, just use a personal size folding table if we need to eat inside. Ours has flush toilet w/black tank, no inverter and just had to replace original fridge with dorm fridge. Good luck. Will post pics as soon as I learn how. Ours is named Lady, after our late beagle, who was also short and cute.

Rip the bathroom out. We did this to our 18' and now have a queen bed. Depending on how yours is set up, you might be able to add bunk beds.
