HELP! Sunline Rear Window Replacement

Hi. My first post. We have a 1989 Sunline 21 footer. The rear window glass broke and we took the window out and had glass replaced. The glass is exactly the same size... however, we cannot get the window and frame back into the opening. Is there a technique for re-installing the window and frame?

Is it a rubber seal type frame, or aluminum/plastic hard frame?

Aluminum hard-frame. Issue is getting the frame to fit into the crank-out arms. Is there a technique for fitting this back together?

Hi Mark, welcome to the forum.

Are you talking about the entire window assembly or the crank out panel in the larger window assembly? A picture may help us. I am sure someone here has some knowlede of that window.

It is going to be a jaloise window with square corners. The picture above is from the 1989 brochure.
