Getting priorities straight

Work is getting in the way but we still make the campsite. One Thursday morning at 3am (local time) I woke up in Istambul and headed for the airport. Friday morning at 11am we were set up at a campsite in the Adirondacks for Memorial Day weekend. Last weekend we went camping, left Sunday at 4:00, got home, mowed the lawn, packed, and set out Monday morning for Sao Paulo, Brazil. I'm writing from Brazil now where I leave late next week for South Carolina for a few days. Then on Friday morning I get home at 11:30 and hook up to head out for 4th of July for a 6 day camping trip.

The real challenge is turning the camper around for the next trip. Thanks honey for the extra work on your part.

Wow

Where does that energy come from. Makes me tired just reading about all those 3AM wake up calls to make airline flights and then towing out to a camp ground. I know what you mean about team work. Barb always seem to have every thing clean and packed up to go. Makes my job trailer maintantance , hitching up and driving which is easy by comparison.

We have close friends who think we are really nuts for putting so much work into the RV camping thing. They claim its just too much work and much easier to go to a motel. We remind them that we can vsit places they can't, meet very nice folks they will not, and that we know who slept on the sheets last night. A small priceto pay for the extra effort.
