First Week With The T1950

My wife loves it. That's what matters most. I enjoy the quality interior finish work and floorplan/layout especially the vanity sink outside the bathroom. The size is perfect, easy setup, tows nicely. I was surprised to find the freshwater capacity at 15gal rather than the stated 24gal but that's ok, we tend more to full hookups anyway.

I believe the capacity is listed to the whole system, i.e. 15 gals in the tank, 6 gals in the hot water heater, 3 in the piping, etc. I know, it is cheating, but I'm pretty sure that's what they do.

Seems strange to me that Sunline would put that small of a tank on a trailer that size. I've got a 24 gallon tank on my little T-1700 which is a 15 ft body.

There is plenty of room for a larger tank. It's located under the bed. I may swap it out for a real 24 or mayber a 30.

The holding tanks are good for us to boonie about 3 days which is on the upper end of our life schedule right now. For the two of us and general RV plumbing conservation, this works well for us.

The furnace was used this morning.....for about 5 minutes. Temps were a bit cool at 50deg so I kicked it up. That was the first use and was rather impressed at the engineering. I'm used to pilot ignition from the '70s so that was a treat. The blower isnt crazy loud or noises from damage.

The Labor Day weekend was a fun and relaxing outing. The trailer was a blast to stay in. All features and functions performed like new and the size was still perfect even with a visiting grandson (8yr old). The shower was nicer than we are used to though the use of the toilet is a bit smallish though not a complaint.

Glad you had fun. The wife and I had camping reservations on the coast of Maryland but canceled due to the storm
