Dealer willing to help with warranty issue.

Our radio in our new 276sr will not receive or hold a clear signal for sound, nothing but lots of static. Our dealer Rv World of Lakeland Fl, has been helpful in resolving our problem. After sending the radio back to them, they verified it wasnt working right. They will be sending it back to Audiovox for me to have it repaired or replaced under warranty.Goes to show that some former sunline dealers will still assist their customers. We left the lot with the unit understanding that they had no requirement to honor or help in any warranty matters. So far this has been our only problem.

Read my post , My Dealer and Sunline Warranty. It just goes to show the Dealers at least most so far are trying to help the Sunline Owners.
My Dealer went above and behond to help there Sunline Customers,
by Giving them the Full 3 year Warranty. That Sunline would have Offered

Our Dealer, General RV out of Michigan said they would honor anyone who had bought a Sunline before the plant closed down with a full 3 year warranty, and anyone who buys one still on the lot will receive a 1 year warranty.

Goes to show that some dealers believe in the product enough that they'll stand behind it.
