OK, I'll bite......

We purchased my wife's late mother's house where she passed away several years ago. We were going to the range to shoot and literally tore the house apart looking for my electronic hearing protection muffs. They are normally kept in the end table by the couch, but like I said dispite an hour or so long search they were no where to be found. So, off to the range with a backup pair of muffs.

When we returned to the house several hours later, the missing muffs were laying in plain sight on the floor between the TV and the coffee table, where we would have had to step on them to get out of the house!!!

After the obligatory "Thanks Mom" they were returned to the end table.....coincidence?!?!? Don't think so, something goes missing about once every month and appears mysteriously in plain view a couple hours later!!

Amen to That....

A funny aside, on the end table mentioned above we have one of those lamps that turns on/off when you touch the metal parts of it. Carol had hung a Christmas Ornament on it that was barely touching some of the magazines on the table, and when you would walk by the lamp would cycle (it's a three-way). Anyhow, once mom and dad figured out what was going on, don't you know we had great fun with the kids as mom would ask "Grandmom" a question and dad would bounce the floor enough to make the light cycle so "grandmom" could answer in "code" by flashing the light.

Carol's Aunt and cousin won't even come into the house after seeing the video of this she posted!!!
