DF5.4 is an unknown quantity at this point
A couple of questions about the site

I've been a member here for a little over a year. (Time flies when your having fun.) I've seen some abbreviations that haven't figured out yet. the one that comes to mind right now is "DW" (I think that's it) I'm guessing I'm going to smack myself in the head like the V8 commercial when I hear it. Is there a place that defines the abbreviations?

Next I've tried to add a pictuer of my new TV (I know that one). It hasn't shown up. I don't know what I'm doing wrong since I've added pictures in the past with no problem.

How do I get my screen name changed? I no longer have a truck with a 4.6L engine. I just want it changed to DF5.4.

Thanks

All I am trying to do is add a picture to my gallery on this site. I get a message that is loaded successfully and will be viewable when it is approved.

Send a message via AIM to Lode
DF,
You may just want to go ahead and open up a photobucket account. They're free! Once you've gotten the pictures off your pc's hard drive and hosted on their server you'll be able to link pictures to any forum board. They allow you to edit and resize pictures to message board specs and click/copy the IMG code to paste here in a message thread. I'm sure once you get your account up and running and play around with the features you'll enjoy having the account. Also helps to use the 'preview' feature before submitting your thread on a board to make sure all the code is right for your pictures and post.

Take care,
Lode

On the abbreviations

See this site: http://www.gaarde.org/acronyms/?lookup=A

I asked and a fellow camper linked me to this site and then I could figure out about 10 more I never knew of

DW, “normally” mean Dear Wife. But according to the gaarade site also stands for Don’t Worry. I take it one needs to know what context the sentence is used in means...

On the pic's yes if they are on a picture hosting site, then they just get linked in here. They will not work from your hard drive direct this site. If you need help setting up a Photobucket site, let us know.

John

Yes, unless you are angry with them; then it could mean something else!
