Hi Jim,

It looks like your testing linking in a pic from photobucket verses uploading it to the forum. In case you did not know, in photobucket you can just select the img code version and copy/paste it right here and the forum software handles the rest.

Both methods are working for you and you know how many steps it took to do both processes.

I also noticed your photo bucket pic was sized at 408 x 230 pixels and 65K bytes.

That size works. If you want you can create 640 pixels wide to gain some larger size to see detail better but not cause forum issues. It depends on what your trying to show. As far as resolution 50K works and we can still see it good plus they load the web pages faster. Getting real high res bogs the system down and the new forum software I think even limits it's ability as with the old software we had those hi res really wide pics would blow across the screen making it very hard to read.

That aside, WOW that is a great mod your did. Adding the battery disconnect right in the battery box cover. Your cover looks a little taller then most and that makes the wires and switch fit. That is a neat setup. Good job! Plus if you ever change campers, the mod goes with you.

John

I took photos with cell phone. It's a little tricky moving them from phone to here.
The box also is a little longer than my 27 battery. Battery switch came from Harbor Freight. Box from Walmart. I had that set up on my Jayco and switched it when I got the Sunline. I hate the straps that come with battery boxes.

Yes, the standard battery straps are evil to the bone

Looks good!

I used a ratchet strap, instead of a cambuckle strap. Those cambuckle straps seem to loosen, with vibration.

Thanks

I check my battery fluids about once a month so it's retightened often. Also tire pressure and lug nut torque.
